I have the same issue with a Centrino Wireless-n I have a Toshiba UT which was running Windows 8. I ran the update to Windows 10 and fell foul of the "Cisco VPN" problem where no network adapters appeared. To try and resolve that I downloaded and installed the latest drivers from the Toshiba site. But after a couple of days suddenly it is failing again. When I look in device manager I see only the Wi-Fi device, not the bluetooth devices. The bluetooth indicator light on the front panel has gone out.
